Falsifiers

The draft weakens if existing authorization objects preserve equivalent decisions and lifecycle at lower total cost, if Warrant cannot remain distinct from Atlas, Pursuit, or Episode, or if explicit authority adds ceremony without reducing unsafe inference or repeated investigation.

Experimental conformance profile

The versioned, non-qualifying kfd-10-warrant@0.2.0-alpha.1 profile makes W1 through W6 and the lifecycle boundaries above testable from the KFD package alone. Its witness schema, 23 fixed vectors, failure codes, and Primitive Evidence Bundles are experimental conformance assets, not normative additions to this formal reference and not evidence that KFD-10 is active.
